You now have full access to all the Sycamore materials for the duration of your Subscription, including access to all the films and publicity materials.
Your Subscription allows you to use and show the films within your community (your local church, parish, prison, school or chaplaincy) but not to use or share them outside your local community. You can view the full Terms & Conditions here.
You are invited to join the Sycamore Leaders Forum on Facebook. Please visit the group here and click JOIN, or go onto Facebook and search for “Sycamore Leaders Forum”. This is our main way of sharing experiences and good practice as Sycamore leaders. It acts as a network for Sycamore leaders across the globe.
You can change your personal profile at any time by clicking MY ACCOUNT at the top of the website. (You may need to LOGIN at the top if you have logged out for any reason).
The default setting is to allow your Subscription to auto-renew on your current payment card when your Subscription is about to expire.
To check your auto-renew status, go to MY ACCOUNT (or LOGIN first if you need to).
Then on the main page, under the line “Here you can update your details…”, click on the green SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
If you used a voucher code to get a discounted subscription, your auto-renewal fee will be the full fee for your subscription and not the original discounted fee.
If you used a free subscription link, you cannot auto-renew your subscription, and you will need to take out a new paid subscription when the current free subscription expires.
You can use the Sycamore Leaders Forum (see above) to ask questions about good practice and seek general advice from other users. But if you have more specific questions for the Sycamore team, especially about your subscription, the website, the films, and the resources, then please contact us via the contact form here.
