Sycamore Post-Pentecost Course

We have developed a new 6-week formation course that can used in the weeks after Pentecost or any time before Advent! We have called it the Holy Spirit Pathway because this is the traditional time of “Mystagogy” – when we are called to enter more deeply into the sacraments and the implications of Christian faith in the world. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE COURSE IN FULLIt’s a great opportunity to:

  • Run a group in your parish for those who want to explore and deepen their faith
  • Bring people together – in person or online – as things open up after the last year of the Covid pandemic
  • Have a taste of Sycamore in your parish, to see how it works, and to work out if you would want to run some of the other courses in September for the new pastoral year
  • Provide a follow-up course for those who have recently completed their RCIA
  • Provide a follow-up course for those who were involved in a Sycamore Lent Course (the Holy Spirit sessions are completely different from the Lent sessions)

If you want to understand the benefits that Sycamore can bring to your parish click here. And to see how easy it is to start a Sycamore group then click here. You can see the main themes of the Holy Spirit Pathway below.

You can find the complete list of Sycamore films here and the complete list of Session Guides here. The “Film Number” and “Session Number” is a fixed code number so you know which film is being referred to, even if it appears in different places in different courses.
